How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
Delay communications
In the event of a canceled flight or delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our Tel number: +306986853015/+306976108541 by CALL to be able to guarantee the presence of one of our staff at the arrival.
Failure to send the notice of delay or canceled flight excludes the right to have the car available, in fact our drivers leave the waiting position after 60 minutes of waiting after the landing of the scheduled flight and without your news!
What happens if i can’t find the driver?
You will have full details and the emergency telephone number +30 6986853015 / +306976108541 of your supplier on your confirmation e-mail. Please call your supplier and you will be directed to your driver.
What does private transfer means?
A private transfer is a chauffeured car service that ensures that only your party (no matter how big or small) will be on-board. You will also directly to and from your destination.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private Transfers are always direct.
Do you cater baby seats?
If you are traveling with infants car seats are free of charge. You only need to request it at the time of booking.
Why I need to send you my Passport or ID details?
Leader’s Full name and leader’s passport or ID number are obligatory data that the private transport carrier must have in accordance with the current Greek legislation.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
You may amend or cancel your booking in writing by emailing corfutransferservices@gmail.com 7 days before the agreed pick up time.
Is cancellation free of charge?
No charge if your flight has been cancelled
- If you cancel 7 days before the agreed pick up time, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) before the agreed pick up time, there is a 50% percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 1 and 3 day(s) before the agreed pick up time, there is a 100% percent cancellation fee.
